I have spent my career working in a variety of settings, focused on figuring out solutions. The solutions entailed identifying personal issues in a counseling setting, working through a healthcare issue, or finding the right vocational path, but I am always working to help find answers.

 

I have two bachelor's degrees one in psychology and the other in human resources, and a master's in family psychology. My personal experience has provided me opportunities to not only look at colleges for the academically successful but to also find options for those who are on the spectrum, have learning challenges, or are just looking for a good school that doesn't require outstanding achievements to get in. I also help people organize their lives and managing their time. This can be time management or figuring out learning accommodations.

I have also worked with many adults who either fell into their current career out of necessity or are tired of that work and want to try something new.  This can be a particularly scary decision because the risks may be higher with more financial obligations involved than when you first start a career.
